100% agree on this. Being uninterrupted and getting into my flow state on one activity, is always when I give my best. It's in these times I learn and progress the most, while enjoying that process in the most fulfilling way, whether that's with music, skateboarding or whatever

Creatives need BLOCKS of time to create. I built my entire career on 6-8 hour blocks of uninterrupted/focused time a day to edit videos. Once you become "successful" your day is filled with phone calls, meeting, writing treatments, etc among MANY other things.
