@eddiedavis2707 Aye, got to do what feels right for you. You've not fixed for 5 years at least. I'm leaning towards offset or variable/tracker to be honest. Secure that end of January and then if rates fall, I'll fix closer to August when our current deal ends. Hindsight eh!

@eddiedavis2707 Even if they double that's about where an SVR would be - you'd have to have some heavy bollocks agreed but a long term fix not advisable right now. We secure a new rate in Jan, will secure a wait it out until we remortage in Aug. See what happens.
