Have you ever thought that we are the aliens and the other's see us as crazy alien's when we bring our cardicev shit to them cuz we are a curious species and hungry? #thoughts
For the first time in history, scientists are closer than ever to unlocking the power of the stars here on Earth.
In northern Germany, inside the Max Planck Institute, the Wendelstein 7-X fusion reactor has achieved record-breaking plasma temperatures hotter than the Sun—over 100 million °C. Unlike traditional nuclear reactors, which split atoms, this one fuses hydrogen atoms together to create nearly unlimited clean energy, using hydrogen extracted from seawater.
The reactor’s groundbreaking Stellarator design solves a major challenge that has held fusion back for decades—stability. Using a maze-like magnetic field system made from 425 tons of superconducting coils, it can hold superheated plasma in place long enough to generate immense energy safely. Engineers now plan to connect it to the power grid, a milestone that could make fusion energy a reality by 2030.
