Today, we spotlight our recently published article written by Fairblock Cofounder, @Pememoni, alongside Cofounder @amitchax of @Labyrinth_HQ and Researcher @yusufxzy of @Delphi_Digital, addressing the lack of onchain confidentiality standards that has hindered blockchain adoption for the past 16 years. 

Within this article, we propose a decentralized compliance framework using threshold encryption for a variety of use cases. One of these use cases could be the allowance for private transactions with the possibility of selective disclosure when necessary.
This system would consist of Revokers and Guardians to monitor suspicious activity and approve de-anonymization requests, respectively, all operating through a combination of onchain and offchain processes.  

Just as confidentiality is a standard across the Internet, equivalent standards across blockchains are imperative for a compliant balance of transparency and selective disclosure. 

This shift is essential for the continued growth and adoption of blockchains.

Initia is the best project I have ever been involved in as a validator.
In this new testnet phase my experience still positive as in all previous ones. The stability of the network is admirable and the actions of the team members and their openness to communication are respected

The project is very cool.
Of course, we faced some difficulties. For example, pruning didn't work correctly, which slowed down sync. But, that's just my guess, in fact.
Overall, the testnet is going great!!!
