@pgsiteservices I cannot believe that JCB would treat a major customer with such disrespect. I have a JCB Telehandler that a"Blings, Bleets and Farts" and as my tester/trainers are not abusing her as on site she, is not a suitable for a training company either, she is not electric. JCB NOT GOOD

CITB are sitting on Thousands of unpaid LEVY to companies for plant and machinery NVQ's. These payments go back to 30 November 2019 that Companies have not been paid due to the sale of CPCS to NOCN JOBCARDS. They are now claiming 31 December 2020 is the last date to claim??

@BTGroup problemS at ME8 trying to speak with someone on the phone was in a queue system for over an hour and a half waiting for someone to answer. 9pm comes along they are now shut. Hope we get discount on our next bill as the problem is over a week old. Now another 65 TO WAIT

@AlisonPhillips6 I take it you have KEY WORKER STATUS? That is how you get them. BLAST THEM ON YOUR KEY WORKER STATUS. BT'S behaviour has been atrocious prior to lockdown and during lockdown and ombudsman is a other useless quango that BT tell you go through if you want to claim against them.
@AlisonPhillips6 Alison. If your line is down for 7 days BT Allegedly put you phone number in their lottery of numbers and can reallocate your number to a new business. What you are doing now by " bad mouthing their poor service should speed things up as they do not like bad publicity.
@AlisonPhillips6@btbusinesscare Alison, I feel your pain they did this to my business in March due to their customer services team incompetence, I bet they did not even offer you temporary line number as their " brain capacity can not cope with this" I had to go to an outside provider who sorted me.
@btbusinesscare We have been allocated numerous customer service personnel to deal with problems dating back to 2019, we have received bills for maintenance of phones we owned since May 2019. Addressed in January 2020. BT AS USUAL UNPROFESSIONAL NOT SORTED. Bill received but as usual wrong.
@btbusinesscare Waste of time you will be out off business before they sort your problem out and if you are not careful your business number allegedly after 7 days can be given to a private or business number. As a business in the present climent. Do not make BT your first choice for business.
