Anything that leaves evidence:
→ shipped outcomes
→ documented decisions
→ measurable impact
→ artifacts people can point to

If it can’t be shown, it doesn’t count.

𝟑. 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤
Things that compound without you being present:
→ writing
→ teaching
→ mentoring
→ systems
→ reusable assets

If your weeks aren’t dominated by them…you’re moving on vibes.
