In PLC class, Ben, on his own designed a program with the push of 1 button turned on 4 lights in order then it go's back up and turns them off. Good job! #SOKYECCA
Blake & Ethan designing a circuit with a photoelectric sensor & a proximity sensor turning on a motor. Each sensor turns on a light when it is activated. Good job! #SOKYECCA
Daylin & Blake completed wiring the conveyor up. The motor starter had 2 stops, 2 start, a jog button with a foot control stop pedal. Good job! #SOKYECCA
In motor controls Blake & Ethan completed wiring up one of the harder control circuits. When the stop button is pressed a DC current is sent into the motor windings to create a magnetic break to stop the motor shaft from coasting down. Good job! #SOKYECCA
Hayley is disassembling a electric motor. Going to take apart all the different compointents of a 3 phase motor and see how & what makes it run. #SOKYECCA
My 8th graders are learning how to read a tape measure. Jamison had a good understanding on how to read all the marks on the tape so I let him student teach. Good job! #SOKYECCA
Eston has completed his project on 3/4 way switches. Now he is student teaching today. He is teaching others in the class how to wire 3/4 way switches. Good job #SOKYECCA
