@VerizonSupport It was an account manager switch for one of my 5 lines and having fraud prevention remove an incorrectly marked phone as lost (it was found) so we could upgrade an X to a 13. It’s been resolved. Shouldn’t have taken a tweet. Wish you guys could hire more people.

@AskHuntington Yes, and I was trying to check into a hotel, for the holiday and the reduction in customer service access is unacceptable. If there was ever a reason to have international back up, it’s a major holiday. When the fraud line was closed. That’s bush league.
