Ehlers Danlos..well you're a bitch but if there's any benefit (very few others!) I got straight back into box splits within 3 mins haha.
@RoseUnwin 5 painful months of this last year. I now have a veeeery low tolerance of noise. Hospitals: Saving lives through medicine, yes. Places for healing - no, no, no.

Not to mention the psychological damage done & how disempowered & gaslighted I was made to feel sadly during my treatment. This only made things worse.
Gastroparesis Awareness month. 2much 2say on how misunderstood it is given how debilitating it is. 1thing I've learnt tho is 2keep trusting myself. In hospital I was force fed cow milk thru a tube as treatment. I'm intolerant to cow's milk. Evidence below (cont in comments)
@GutsCharityUK P. S.Complex interplay between hand pic& gastroparesis. For info Gastroparesis is a gut issue. But as we know the body is a whole & 1 out of whack system will affect another. Treating my crap stomach with something that makes the rest of my body go into turmoil isn't the one...
