@nejatian Maybe the CEO will realize he should have focused more on the shareholders. Investors have lost a lot of value on the stock and the warrants. Shareholders seem to have been disregarded under Kaz.
@nejatian Most warrants for your shareholders are down between 50%-75%. Shares are down 50% from its’ 8 month high. Why in the World would anybody help this management team out?
@nejatian The CEO has neglected shareholders interests and now wants help. If Kaz would spend less time on social media and more time with his fiduciary responsibilities to the shareholders, he wouldn’t need to be asking for help. The company should be doing share buybacks.
@nejatian@RealScout Some CEO’s are just not shareholder friendly. I hope that the CEO and the Board can figure out how to enhance shareholder value, or at least maintain it. The shareholders are struggling, the CEO says he doesn’t follow the share price, that’s alarming.
@nejatian I’d put the stock performance, so far, as a failure. Your shareholders are not happy with the direction the share price has gone. What are you doing to protect shareholder value? The warrants are an absolute disaster. What do you have to say about the warrants and the share price
@Opendoor@nejatian@koremasa21022 The share price is in the toilet. The CEO’s initial stock purchase is down 50%. Those that are short, want the company to fail, just for their own personal gains. Can anything be done to destroy the shorts, like a share repurchase program.
@nejatian Hope the American families and the kids that grow up in a home owned by their parents for a better life, didn’t invest in OPEN with hard earned money. CEO buys $500k in stock, says he rarely looks at the share price? He’s not upholding his fiduciary responsibility to shareholders
@nejatian That’s all in good, but, when a married couple, with kids, that work hard, and are honest. Then they invest in OPEN, and watch the value of their investment continue to go down, it leaves a bad taste.

@nejatian Kaz’s name is going around, and not in a positive way. Why hasn’t he bought more shares, it’s 50% less than his $1 mln purchase. Maybe he is all fluff.
@nejatian Not sure the CEO understands his responsibilities to the shareholders to protect value. Shareholders are struggling, do a buyback, do something to stop the bleeding.
@nejatian When is the new CEO going to address shareholders about the poor performance of the shares and warrants? The shareholders continue to lose value, and not any updates from the CEO. It appears that few individual investors have confidence in the company.
