After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.
I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.
It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC.
May God bless America.
Now we can see why Israel has kept international journalists out of Gaza. If they hadn't, there would be hundreds of Anthony Aguilars telling people in their home countries what was actually happening there.

🚨 News: Elon Musk has filed a preliminary injunction against OpenAI, aiming to stop its transition to a fully for-profit model.
Elon, who initially co-founded and invested millions (around $40 million) in OpenAI for its not-for-profit purposes, is against the idea of Sam Altman converting it to a for-profit company.
OpenAI, alongside Microsoft, is allegedly using antitrust tactics to dominate the AI market, including blocking competitors like Musk’s xAI from accessing vital investment capital.
This legal battle escalates an already heated rivalry. OpenAI started as a non-profit but has become a giant in generative AI with a $157B valuation. Musk argues this transformation, fueled by billions from Microsoft, undermines fair competition and transparency.
