@NikeSupport I’ve been using NRC for almost 6 years. Now I’ve been asking my friends for better options because the NRC + Apple Watch experience has been very unsatisfactory. All my friends recommended Garmin.

@NikeSupport My run didn’t save AGAIN?? What’s wrong with your app? Latest software (OS and app version) on both my phone and watch, used in normal use conditions, and my runs don’t get saved??

@NikeSupport Why does this happen so often? Don’t you test your updates before you release them? As it is, keeping my software updated causes more problems than just running whatever version of your app, due to the hassle of re-pairing devices with every update.
