@facebook the lack of nuance and context in any of the resources to help are beyond frustrating and are in fact insulting. The fact that there is no human support to help people who have had now over a decade of contacts and memories after being hacked is repugnant.

@facebook I am not sure why your security is so flawed that both email addresses I had associated with my account could be deleted by a hacker in quick succession like that. You’d think there would be a period of time that one would have to wait before deleting the second one.

Help please! My account was hacked and then disabled. Nothing in your help center is working. I am beyond frustrated. Your security failed. The links sent in the emails by your security team notifying me of changes and asking if it was me say “invalid or expired”.
