@TexitDarling My guys came in, had to crawl around my short attic over the garage, drill a hole through a foot of bricks in my 160 yr old house, included all of the bracket mounts and cable, and had me up and running in about an hour.
@TexitDarling Oh...probably close to a year ago. Maybe 10-11 months ago. It did take about a month for them to install. I love it though since I live way out in the country and only had wired DSL before.
@Top100Rick I don't really care since it's just a fun round. Plus, it was with Gary f'n Player, who's 91. This was the best "Break 50" episode ever. π
@usmc_colonel USMC ran al Udied when my AF unit forward deployed there in '14. They'd play some game on the sand volleyball court where they'd stay on their knees, charge the other Marines, and beat the shit out of each other...lol. Fun to watch...lol.
@PuckinHostile Layne Staley and Chris Cornell both were a gut punch to me. Scott Weiland would have been, but we could see it coming for a few years and were just waiting for the news.
@EODHappyCaptain Retired AF here, and we can take and give it...no worries Capt. I do recall once we had ARNG on base, and one walked past our base Vice Commander (Col) and didn't salute. I was kind of surprised that the Col locked the Army dude up at attention and yelled at him for like 5 mins
@MikeBales 90%...just need at least one biscuit with gravy. Midnight chow back in the day for me would just have sausage gravy over everything on the plate...lol.
@LeonardMJoyner@EODHappyCaptain We had an AF guy buy Army PTs in Balad Iraq because the PX was out of AF PTs and laundry was slow so his were dirty and he just wanted to run and exercise. He almost got an Art15 for being out of uniform and being in the wrong uniform.
@EODHappyCaptain Was the gate guard in an AF uniform? A very high percentage of base security is now done by civilian contractors. Our uniformed security always looked at my CAC and said "have a good day MSGT" and I saw them saluting Os in front of me.
