@GetSpectrum really fucks you over!! Being charged $116.83 for 2 days of service is RIDICULOUS, all because their service rep failed to tell me i would still get charged for the whole month. Now "its my fault" and they will not help me

@GetSpectrum has done it again with their constant outages. No internet for 8+ hrs. No answers, horrible customer service and just new ETAs every 2 hrs for service to be restored. Im loosing $20+ per hr for them to just give $4 credit. Please recommend a better provider!
