Wife, mom and grandma. I love Jesus, scripture, family, people, music, sports. Learning to live each day as a gift, and standing only by the grace of God.
@gussowilliams5 I’ve had tremendous respect for you from the first moment we met. I stand with you for change, and I am on my knees asking what can I do? How can I show the love of Jesus right now? How can I help bring healing and hope? Keep sharing. I want to learn. 💕

We miss so many people. But if we emerge from this shelter having also missed Jesus, we will have robbed ourselves of the gift of holy ground that was there all along, right under our feet. We’ll be like the woman in the parable who lost the coin only we never bothered to sweep.
God is absolutely trustworthy, but it’s okay if it takes time to find your way to that truth.
Life can be hard & confusing sometimes. Be patient with yourself & one another. I promise, God is patient & kind & able to handle your questions.
He loves you ... more than you know.
Sorrowful this morning that we who are in Christ are not kinder to one another. That we extend so little grace and patience to one another. There’s so much pain and suffering here. We were meant to make the road a little easier for each other. Not shove the other down on it.
Today, let's choose to want what we already have. Smile at what is. Pause to notice the good and with everything in us, thank God.
Even if there’s more healing needed... even if there’s more we’re praying God will do... today we can still be grateful, hopeful, and good.
