@SherryHChen @kmciltr1 I was in a similar situation for a past independent study. In order to recruit local residents, I reached out to communities via email, phone, & SM. Then I would ask them to spread the word. #OrgLead19#JHSON
@kmciltr1 A1: One hospital I worked for would send bi-weekly emails about events, lectures, exceptional workers, goals, etc. The org was on social media, but I did not interact with them. Information on their social pages typically mimicked what was in their emails #OrgLead19#JHSON
