In his last 54 Games(240 PA-Since his return from an oblique injury-time between Double and Triple A) he has an overall K Rate of 27.5%.

Since his Debut in Triple A(31 Games-145PAs), his K Rate is 25.5%. This is a promising stat. Hopefully it is an indication that he is progressing!

Since his return from an Oblique Injury(43 Games), his K Rate is 27.4%(56ks in 204 PAs). This is a significant progression from his previous season and translates to what we are seeing from Power Hitters in the MLB!

@EricCrossMLB What is baffling? His numbers in the last 48 games dwarf that of the #1 Prospect in Baseball. K Rate is dropping. Hopefully he is figuring it out. Strong correlation indicating he has found something but you cant ignore the staggering numbers and the potential projections.

2025(Overall): 31.6%

While Jones will likely always have a High K Rate, it should be noted that his swing and stance have been changed multiple times since the 2023 Season. The choice to do this was to generate more lift due to his unparalleled size and power. After 15-17 years of playing baseball at mostly your natural ability, and then making stance and mechanical swing changes to increase lift doesnt lead to success overnight. It takes a lot of discipline and patience. Perhaps these numbers show correlation with his evolution. Look at the trend above.

@RealMichaelKay love you my man, but how can you publicly botch a statistic like that on a National Broadcast. His K Rate last year for the entire season was 36.8(terrible, yes), but to go on and not know what he has been doing over the last 2 months is insane. You are saying he has a 40% K Rate...meanwhile he has a nearly 43% hit rate(.426) in Triple A and a .317 overall average for the season. In his last 37 games since coming back from an oblique injury, he is batting .370 with a 28.7% K rate(Nothing to brag about but certainly not 40%). As if the people on social media who barely do there homework need that stat in there head so they can trash this potential up and coming star. Insane. Ill post this again. This isnt a blip. This is over 37 games. His numbers in that time period alone dwarf that of the #1 Prospect in Baseball(Roman Anthony)..and he played in 58 games. Go #SpencerJones! Go #Yankees!

His Strikeout Rate is currently 26.6% His power stats through 16 games are better than #RomanAnthony's were over his entire 58 games in Triple A this season..Hell, his stats in the last 16 are approaching Anthony's entire 2024 Minor League Season(AA/AAA) Jones numbers over the last 37 have also been insane!
