How is it that you can offer something one time, then not even match it after you have escalated and received no callback? I am baffled, perhaps you can have someone that can actually DM me before I add the travel agent so they know how your resolution team feels about them.

@RoyalCaribbean, Why is it customer has to call you back after escalating 1 week ago, you make comments about their agent, the resolution team lies and have 0 resolution? Have dealt w/several cruise-lines, never changed ports and then had zero concern about the experience.
