Recently I learned that 50% of men surveyed believe they could land a commercial aircraft in an emergency and knowing this is helping me understand a lot of the emails I get at work.
there should be a "take your friend to work day" so we can actually see what our friends do all day and meet the characters from all their work stories

Grateful to @britneyspears for sharing her abortion story publicly, especially because it reminds us that all abortion experiences are sacred, and that everyone deserves support. I hope her providers held her hand.
I don't know who needs to hear this but one person saying their abortion was an "agonizing" experience doesn't mean that it is for everyone. That's her experience, and it's valid. It doesn't invalidate the need for compassionate, loving abortion care. It reinforces it, actually.
Ms. Biles, I don't know much about the situation you were in, but your decision to put your mental health first was wise, and a wonderful example. Congratualtions on your historic success, and your wisdom beyond your years.

MOM IS BUSY LEARNING HOW TO BE A DOCTOR AND THEY ARE JUST AS MUCH HIS CHILDREN, OMG WHAT YEAR IS THIS??
I don’t believe in the narrative that if you do something you love, it will never feel like work. Labor is labor and I have been working in my calling for a long time and I still have no desire to work everyday for the rest of my life.
I believe in retirement.
