DEVELOPING: Local and federal sources tell ABC News that federal agents shot two people in Portland, Oregon, on Thursday afternoon. The FBI is responding.

The sources say the agents who opened fire are with U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

This project pairs the Metro bond with supportive services, critical for addressing regional homelessness.
