We ended off the team building session with some balloon games. Our LP rewarded the facilitator with a small token of our appreciation

Participants had the challenge of acting out actions written on a pieces of paper that they had randomly picked. It was very entertaining

Participants broke out into two teams to discuss and define the differences between a group and a team. It made for interesting conversation
