@davalos_ofelia I understand it's not even an option but I think we could see a shift. I think people will start to grow a lot of their daily needs are. It's one of many reasons I am settling back down south on my family land.

@DijahSB One of my boys does the same thing lol. I wouldn't change it for the world, though. Their love is like no other. I went through 31 months of weekly treatments. It was hell but all 4 checked on me in their own way. 🙏

@PatsKam You definitely need to rest/recover. Once you’ve rested then get back after it. I used to go months without a single day off.
