JC Ltd is a cross-border finance and fintech advisory based in Seoul.
We work in both directions, and the two are not mirror images of each other.
Coming into Korea, the hard part is rarely the product. It is the licence, the local counterparty, and the settlement rail. Rules that read like formalities decide whether you can launch at all.
Going out of Korea, the difficulty inverts. Teams that succeeded at home assume the counterparty will adapt. Most of the work is translating expectations around disclosure, governance, and who is authorised to sign.
What we do: market entry, global expansion, fintech and financial advisory, compliance and regulatory strategy.

@Blockcastcc Actually we might not need to use it. First off, the KRW market itself is too small, and Koreans need USDT so there’s no need for KRWT. Haha
@Blockcastcc Since last October, VIP sales teams at some Korean exchanges have already started briefing a few global market makers on the legal requirements for institutions to be allowed to trade, but since the law still hasn’t passed, nothing has happened y
et.
@Blockcastcc The situation for institutions in Korea is just the opinion of one government agency, and since the law has to pass the National Assembly, it will take some time before the 5% trading approval actually happens.
