@LQ After being a loyal, highest-level customer for years (and then taking a travel-break) I have lost all 93,000 points, and @LQ is not willing to help. With my travel ramping up again I will not be choosing LaQuinta this time around. So much for brand loyalty.
After staying @LQ for a couple of weeks each month for 3 years, they say that my 92,000 points have expired and I can’t get them back until a new 5 night stay. Maybe I should have picked a hotel with no expiration on points…any help? Was hoping to book a stay with my points.
