@HMRCcustomers I completed tax rebate request as moved abroad and I am no longer resident of the UK. I completed this in August and last week request was updated to completed. I have no copy of the letter on the app and my nominated person has not recieved anything. Calls are not answered.

@HMRCcustomers Hi today this is the 4th time I have tried to call HMRC over the last week since writing on here about my tax rebate since I have moved abroad. And the 4th time I wait 5 minutes through all the recorded nonsense to be told you cannot deal with my calll right now and hung up on.

@HMRCcustomers Hello I submitted a tax rebate for leaving the UK on the 16th August. I was then told last week when I questioned why I had not heard anything that under your current timelines it would be 27th September for a reply. But it’s now the 2nd and I have heard nothing?!
