Im running the #JerseyCity Marathon in 2024 - we had 6000 runners last year + next year I’ll be one of them. I’ve done a full @IRONMANtri , 3 half @IRONMANtri + a couple marathons BUT this JC Marathon will be the most important to me - Im excited -

The New York Road Runners’ Newport 5K will be held this Sunday, May 7. The race begins at 9am. Check out the route and times of street closures via the website below. Please help spread the word.

Despite the wet forecast, the inaugural Jersey City Marathon was held Sunday. Runners took off at 7am from Newport, through the waterfront and downtown and onto Bergen Lafayette, Greenville & Liberty State Park. The race was also a qualifying event for the 2024 Boston Marathon.
