WWE President Nick Khan says it’s too difficult to run a political storyline right now, like ICE officers arresting Dragon Lee, given the current climate.

“It’s too tough with the political environment right now. To have ICE officers arrest Dragon Lee? We tried something similar in NXT coming out of COVID with Joe Gacy. Before he would bodyslam you, he’d apologize. It didn’t work. Everything was ‘I’m sorry.’
