Waiting to hear from you on why my wife was accused of being racist when asking to speak to someone that could understand her. Had a simple question and the one employee couldn’t answer. She asked to speak to someone that understood her. Not racist.

@cava store on Alico Rd in Ft Myers tells my wife she’s being offensive for asking if there’s someone that can speak English. All she was asking for was to speak to someone that understands what she’s asking. Shouldn’t be accused of being racist for asking that.

#ScottKirby your airline negligently handled my 11 yo son’s hockey gear and broke 2 sticks that were taped together. NOT AND EASY thing to do. Then tells us tough luck we aren’t paying for it. Unless it’s an international flight. Pathetic!! My son- “thanks for nothing”

@united I post about how bad the airline was about $500 worth of broken hockey sticks. They were my son’s and all they do is send a survey. That’s after they say they’re not paying for their clearly negligent act. They of course won’t post this either.

Can you please take the names off of the players during the hockey game? It’s so annoying to be watching a game and it feels like a video game all of a sudden due to the floating name that covers up the game. Horrible idea to put that on there. IMHO

@silhouetteam This company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It’s nonexistent. I’ve called and emailed repeatedly. No call back, no answer, and no response to email. I can imagine how hard it’s going to be to get a return label to return the machine and go with another company.

@silhouetteam Still waiting on a response from this company’s Customer Support. I’ve emailed twice and called twice with ZERO feed back. Program won’t run when I try to use it. It opens and then crashes as soon as I start to use it.
