@JamesSidgwick @HelloFreshUK Exactly! And the second time they actively sought contact me with me! They asked my reason for cancelling my subscription and terminated the call when I explained it was due to a fault on their part. Unacceptable.

@HelloFreshUK I just had my second negative encounter with your customer service team. A representative rang to ask why I cancelled my subscription and, as I politely explained it was due to the appalling response I got when alerting you to an error you made, they just hung up!

@Halfords_uk have massively gone the extra mile for my family today! Nathan at the Pontefract branch has fixed both my children’s bikes 20 minutes after I telephoned seeking help. The service was outstanding and I could not have asked for more. Enormous hassle-free thanks!
