@zChewie_ ofc!!! id take all of my advice with a grain of salt because im really not toooo serious about my training fgjdfh but the only nutrient i really track is protein. other than that i just try to eat pretty balanced and take a few supplements to pick up the slack :3
this year i’ve started to pay a little more attention to my nutrition and be more intentional with my decisions, and here’s where i ended up on my official last day of my cut!! time to enter my first ever bulk cycle and evolve from twink to twunk hehe >:3 (spoiler for tummy)
@zChewie_ so i can have a lot more flexibility for dinner! i love food and have a massive sweet tooth so i cant fully deprave myself of that jfghgjdf, its just about making the healthy choice most of the time so you can have fun the rest of the time guilt free :3
@zChewie_ what i find also worked for me was to figure out a loose meal plan for 2/3 meals so i can kinda do whatever i want for the last one. i know im a biiiig eater at night so i have a set couple meals id go off of for breakfast and lunch (usually consisting of yogurt and fruit lol)...
