Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel on $WWE on today's $EDR call sounds like he doesn't want to take more debt:
"[WWE] is an unbelievable product... [Vince McMahon's] business is really valuable, but we're not going to do anything as it relates to changing our leverage position right now."
@wrestlenomics Down 54,000 viewers with Brock, and the totally not over hyped Sami and Cody promo, not to mention starting and ending the show with the Curse, IN WRESTLEMANIA SEASON!!!
With media companies wanting to pay less for media rights deals, why would anyone pay top dollar for WWE unless they are running a certain country's public investment fund?
WWE has gotten the majority of its revenue from media sales (think: video) since at least 2002, and increasingly so since the 2010s while a lower percentage of total revenue has come from live events.

That's it for the Nick Khan interview. The biggest points were Khan saying Vince McMahon would be fine walking away from WWE if there was a sale, and David Faber (CNBC host, parent company is Comcast) saying he heard Comcast is not in the running to buy WWE (Khan disagreed)
@MetalheadWrest1 I hate to say it, but I finally agree. The only thing that can save him is if he were allowed to use his psycho Killer Kross gimmick, which will most likely never happen. What a waste.
