@SSittonMD @rwwesty I’ll often cross hands and will hold the burr backwards in the right hand. It takes the thumb away from controlling outflow on the burr, so best utilized if the pump and burr are on the same system. Foot pedals also make this technique easier.

The last 5 early ACL failures I’ve seen in clinic have been all-inside techniques with cortical button fixation on both sides. Maybe it’s a coincidence, or maybe there is something about being built for speed rather than performance going on here. #orthotwitter
