@RoyalMail I have an issue with my parcel due for delivery. It’s tracked 24 and I’m still waiting for it to be delivered. You’ve had it since 9th October!
@AskNationwide yet again there’s another issue with nationwide and the payments.
Seems to happen regularly on paydays.
Why do we have to be effected and charged for direct debits failing due to your problems. how are we then affected from your mistake. AGAIN.
@AskNationwide is there issues with incoming payments? Iv had a payment sent to me and still waiting on it to arrive from an hour ago, also balance isn’t updating.
@AskNationwide How many times a month is there going to be an issue? and without any prior warning about service issues/maintenance. It’s becoming a joke to be quite honest.

It’s telling that it cannot load my accounts and to try again later. Yet no service warning or anything before hand?!

EVERY MONTH there is some sort of issue. I bank with 2 other branches and they NEVER have problems the way you do. Complaint Will be going in without a doubt.

@AskNationwide someone I know has just tried to pay money into my account, it’s gone from there account but it’s not showing on mine. Is there an issue with incoming payments as it’s been over an hour
@AskNationwide instead of sending the same reply to every customers comments.
instead maybe you could action all the comments to say that there is an issue instead of instructing everyone to go to the service page which tells you there is no problem, when obviously there is.
@TSB cannot log into mobile banking or online. Have closed the app and tried again. Saying “technical error”. Please advise when this will be sorted as have payments to send.
@RoyalMail please tell me why.. 3 times! I have asked for my parcel to be redirected to my local post office for me to collect on a certain date have I had a red card posted through my door saying they attempted to redeliver again! Do the redelivery requests get ignored?
@HM_Passport an hour and half waiting to speak to an advisor via online chat. On hold yesterday waiting 2 hours to speak to an advisor via phone call. This is getting ridiculous. can you find someone I can actually speak to?
