Royal Ridge held our 1st “First Friday Assembly” where we will recognize students for meeting goals and exhibiting S.O.A.R. Behavior (Self-Control, On-Task, Accomplishing Goals, and Respect). From our 130 students in August who had positive office referrals, Patriot Pride Awards, we surprised our two STAR students of the month. Tonight was a full circle & humbling honor. I was invited to return to my undergraduate alma mater to be the keynote speaker for UIW’s 2024 Dreeben School of Education Awards. It truly motivated me to see the future educators and share with them my own story. My bucket is full.

Royal Ridge Staff Surprise Egg Hunt today was a huge success… We also realized some of us need a staff fitness club as a result of fatigue it caused 🫣 🐰 🥚 🌸

@niclew12 Thank you! ❤️ We now have almost 600 positive office referrals this year to 60 typical office referrals. I’m proud of this 10:1 ratio. Kids need to be honored/ celebrated for what they do right. Encourage the positive to continue. It takes our whole RR family to accomplish this!

Royal Ridge’s 1st Daddy Daughter Dance was a huge success with over 150 daughters in attendance and their father figures! Everyone came dressed to impress and danced the light away.❤️ @niclew12
