@VodafoneUK I have had the same advice to reset config to fix my broadband from multiple people today despite each time it not working. How can this be resolved?? I have waited 3 months for you to install my broadband and now it doesn’t work. You are the worst provider I’ve used

@SlackHQ Thanks for the suggestion but this doesn’t work well enough as there is a channel that I used today appears below one not used for a few days. Any chance you can add an option to order by time? Almost all other messaging systems do this and it’s very useful.
