In this instance, Gov Tony Evers had the correct response while state Rep. Francesca Hong did not. Years ago, I signed bi-partisan legislation into law that requires an independent review when there is an officer-related shooting. A good leader waits for the facts. Gov. Evers called for protestors to be peaceful & respectful. Rep. Hong called it an execution. This is the kind of radical rhetoric that leads to riots and mayhem. Rep. Hong failed the leadership test.
