Radical idea: constantly and falsely telling Black Americans that our country-men are trying to exterminate us ("The Legalized Genocide of Colored People"), and that every single problem in our communities is due to white racism, may not be the best thing for race relations.
I would understand all of the concern if @elonmusk threatened to come in and run Twitter as some kind of right-wing ideologue. But he isn’t, and he hasn’t. The fact that so many on the left see less censorship as a “threat to democracy” tells us a lot.
There is truly nothing funnier than this MSNBC host ranting about what Elon Musk could do to Twitter, and accidentally giving a perfect description of how Twitter has actually operated for the last five years
If you’re leaving Twitter because of a billionaire, you might want to consider:
❌ Facebook & Instagram (Mark Zuckerberg)
❌ Amazon & WaPo (Jeff Bezos)
❌ Apple (Tim Cook)
❌ AirBnb (Brian Chesky)
❌ Netflix (Reed Hastings)
❌ Walmart (Walton family)
❌ Nike (Phil Knight)
