85-year-old with 5 cm subcutaneous thigh mass with ulceration. Fascicular/herringbone spindle cell neoplasm with peripheral storiform areas with adipocyte entrapment which express CD34, lost in fascicular component. DFSP with fibrosarcomatous transformation.
