So a question for the likes of @KetoAurelius@CarnivoreMD@SBakerMD@FoodLiesOrg. Since going almost entirely #Carnivore last year I’ve found my taste for meat done-ness has changed from well done to rare. Sometimes, I’m even tempted to try raw. Is this a normal thing?
@poppi78978@realfoodcures Freeze the liver, then cut it up when it’s still frosty. It’s much easier to process, and quite possible to cut it up small enough to mix in with ground beef. It makes for the best burgers.
