@wmata @Metrobusinfo cannot say enough good things about driver of A49 bus 2966-f199 on Wed, Feb 11. When police closed Constitution Ave right in front of us, forcing him to turn east from 19th St, he kept us informed and on track. His calm & collectedness should be commended!

@ART_Alert I think the tracker may be broken as well. Arrived at Pentagon City @ 5:18 and saw bus that was supposed leave @ 5:20 already turning onto Army-Navy. Then tracker sat at 22 minutes until the next bus for nearly 20 minutes. Watched a bus sit at Macy's for 3 lights w/tracker at 21

@SouthwestAir gate agents at DCA deserve an award tonight. Dealing with folks delayed 3+ hrs for ground stop, when door alarm at gate starts going off. They couldn't get it to reset quickly, so one stood on tiptoes covering speaker to try & spare us weary travelers. Appreciated!

@Metrobusinfo can you please tell me if the stop on eastbound Columbia Pike at S George Mason is back open? It was closed for several months, and is no longer listed on the alerts page, but also no longer has a sign up for a bus stop. Thank you!

@Metrobusinfo It's a ton of lines, so I am not certain exactly which but I know it used to be a stop for the 16Y prior to the work on Columbia Pike. Thank you for checking!

@wmata I think you could have made this a lot clearer to your customers and saved a lot of people time and stress this morning. Even tweeted alerts are talking about "this weekend" and not today, as if this is a head's up about something upcoming, not something that has already started.

@Joy7News @7NewsDC Metro has really dropped the ball on communicating this one. Not reflected in today's service alerts online unless you really dig. Also, alerts are broken into Mon-Thurs and then Sat-Sun. Wasn't intuitive to click on Sat/Sun to learn about Friday. Lots of frustrations at Arl Cem
