But, that time is precious. One of my favorite things to see during the NCAA finals are the families- because you can feel their passion and closeness, whether watching in person or on screen. You can tell they have been on a journey together, one that has brought them closer.

It's not too often we find a reason to praise @mattoshea19, but today he distinguished himself in Council.

Speaking with a passion and urgency in favor of the snap curfew, O'Shea noted when Police Districts are stripped of officers to tend to teen takeovers or protests downtown, residents across the city are deprived of the CPD protection they deserve.

O'Shea made an important point about shortages to CPD personnel and expressed his concern with residents' safety.

For this, Mr. O'Shea deserves a round of applause.
