@chrisstlmo @PowerMizzoucom They are different, but the principles of building a brand and a culture remain the same. If we gave Conzo as long as we did, I think we can allow Gates at least another season to grow into the role. Time will tell.

There is no shortcut to building a winning culture, A&M football is a perfect example of this. We need to be patient and give Gates time to build. We did the same for Drink, and was frustrating at times
