Federal law prohibits allowing someone to immigrate here if they are a public charge, yet Illegal alien-headed households are consuming the most taxpayer benefits.

· Strengthening our anti-sanctuary law to eliminate safe havens for illegal aliens.

· Requiring law enforcement to honor ICE detainers.

· Holding employers accountable by revoking licenses of businesses knowingly hiring illegal aliens over Hoosier workers.

· Bolstering anti-labor trafficking efforts through enhanced AG authority.

· Increasing oversight to prevent illegal aliens from accessing state benefits like Medicaid.
