If I pause and reflect back to you what you are saying, that does not mean I am wasting time...but you tell me I have some communication need that is not needed in this conversation. You are are SO WRONG. You never reflect back what I am saying...because it wastes time.
Why on earth are medical professionals and staff taught that minimizing time on the phone provides the best response. The opposite is true...the more time you spend to understand the patients needs, minimizes their further interaction with you. This could be understood by anyone
Wow...I just realized that medical "listening" is taught as what you need to get back from the patient to diagnose what you think it is or not...you are never taught to listen to the patient...no medical staff are.
FYI....project management is reporting the actions of others, keeping us all organized, and holding us responsible. Nothing could get done on big projects without this. But you do not direct us, not make things happen, or responsible for our actions.
Some projects managers put things on their resume that they are responsible for the things other do. However, we could have not done it without their oversight and accountability. Please represent that truth on your CV.
@satyanadella So how is Microsoft creating new things...you bought Work IQ...this is not something Microsoft did....so why are you presenting it in such a manner. Please provide a direct DM to my statement if you directly interacting with the customer. It doesn't even have to be you...
@support I have been on this platform from 2007...I have actively engaged with people and helped them. After 19 years of engagement, I have very minimal functionality I had 16 years ago. Why I am being punished for being a long term user?
@ASpittel Please share with us the actual ethical dilemma you are personally facing in this situation. For a great conversation, we need this frame of reference.
Please post this again just if you want to hear other artists thoughts...I have no social cred...I am just asking a true question for artists.

When creators spend money on details most people never notice, the work doesn’t get better — it just gets more expensive. Higher costs mean fewer projects get made and fewer people are reached. If the goal is impact, resources should go where the audience actually feels them.

Did you know that St. Louis Police are 300 hundred officers short of just doing their daily job? Most of the would like to help us.... but they do not have the time to do it! That can't follow any protocol of they do not have the time to do it!
In the CBS show Elsbeth...making her blond, as a gag for the show, is horrible...you would never do this with a male detective...but you did it to you Elsbeth....this is WRONG! This is a double standard that should never exist!
If you want to be a great actor, get a business degree. This is what NO university tells you is needed. You can learn the art if you have the needed skills to get paid for you do great. This is about business first, not art. Art gets so much better if you get paid to do it!!!!
An Art's Degree, for over a hundred years, follows a different, older, legacy contract: “We teach the art.” “The world will take care of the career.”. This contract is structurally false in 2026. I am identifying a mismatch between what a degree promises and what it delivers.
Don't pay for an Art's degree:
“A degree says you are being equipped to do the best you can in the real world.”
Correct.
That is what a degree should mean.
But theatre degrees — and most arts degrees — do not follow that contract.....see what I post next....
MGM has said for over 100 years that they produce "Art for Art's sake" That was a marketing brand.... they were the WORST industrial pipeline in the world from their start!!!!!
If you are an actor or actress and you go to Hollywood to do great acting things...you are just putting yourself into an industrial pipeline to make others money while sacrificing yourself. Nothing that Hollywood produces was ever art. For over 100 years, they just wanted money
