1. THE MECHANISM OF TRAFFICKING:
The trafficking is not performed by clandestine networks, but through "Institutional Capture." The minor is transformed into a "financial unit" through:

• The Jeugdwet (Youth Act): Acts as the legal bridge to remove the minor from biological protection and place her into the "Custody Market."

2. ECONOMIC MOTIVATION (The S8.1 Connection):
The extraction of wealth from the Rijkstoelage requires the maintenance of a "crisis state" in youth care. Each minor in state custody generates a flow of public funds that is diverted to private foundations (SPF) and influence circles. Therefore, my daughter is being held as a hostage for financial extraction.

3. VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL LAW:
This process fulfills the criteria for Human Trafficking under the Palermo Protocol:
• The Act: Transfer and harboring of a minor.
• The Means: Abuse of power and position of vulnerability.
• The Purpose: Exploitation (in this case, financial exploitation of the state-child relationship).

4. DEMAND:
The immediate cessation of the trafficking of the minor DDC and her return to her father. The "State Custody" is declared null and void as it is part of a criminal structure of wealth extraction.
