@nationalrailenq pooley green crossing in Egham is leaving 5+ minute gaps between trains. That's 5 trains gone by from 07:05-07:27, and I couldn't get through as a pedestrian. @SW_Help Is there diversions through this line? Some trains aren't stopping at Egham

@SW_Help On Friday the 18:48 Waterloo to Reading Aterio service did not have air con and was packed due to the multiple cancellations and delays on the lines. Can the driver or train guards not see the on board temps and take faulty Aterio trains out of service? Especially in this heat

@SW_Help Are they running normally though? Currently sitting on a delayed train, cancellations everywhere, commuters playing hopscotch not knowing which train will leave first

@SW_Help National rail does not provide a map of the altered route, whereas citymapper does. Can you provide a map of link of the diverted route that will be taken towards waterloo by the train from Goldalming?

@SW_Help I need to go from Goldalming to Staines tomorrow at 6pm. Why does citymapper show I have to go through staines to Waterloo, and then go back again. Seriously?!?

@SW_Help @SW_Help that's not clear and doesn't address my concern. The train from Goldalming goes through Staines to Waterloo as pictured, but does not stop at Staines, which is my destination. Is that correct??

@wellhubhelp, my question is (which no one seems to know the answer), is this status change intentional? If I look at @1Rebel_UK Chelsea, their classes still come up as premium classes, whereas my local 1Rebel Holborn/Euston/Oxford Circus is standard access.

Hi @wellhubhelp, @1Rebel_UK has changed from Premium classes to Standard access with a limit of 6 classes per month. Your Reddit account posted that I should have got a notification, and the app won't let you book more than 6 classes, however I tested this by booking 7.

@SW_Help why is the very busy service 07:52 Egham to Waterloo only 8 carriages today? When will it go back to 10?

@SouthernRailUK Thanks, it's busy at non-peak hours, especially because it serves an airport. I've seen fights break out on this line when it's packed. It really should warrant extra services or more carriages

@SouthernRailUK why is the busy Lewes to Victoria route seemingly always 8 carriages - like the 18:55 today? The platform is packed at Lewes, and it'll be rammed after Gatwick. It's like this everyday

@swtrains_watch @SW_Help Communication at Waterloo station completely falls apart when there's issues. Trains departing empty without announcements or without appearing on the information boards, despite the concourse being packed with people waiting for details on their next train home. It's bonkers

@SW_Help hi what's up with the 07:52 Egham to Waterloo? It came to a stop down the track as the road crossing barriers were coming down (never seen it this close), and then was held on platform till 07:57.

@SouthernRailUK I complain every year, it never improves yet Southern Rail is well aware it's #Brightonmarathonweekend and should attempt to accommodate the additional passengers. Saw a lady wearing a nurse uniform unable to get on at moulsecoomb. Unacceptable performance to be honest

@SouthernRailUK would have been a good idea to put more carriages on the 08:05 Newhaven to Brighton this morning. It's completely full at Lewes, no one can get on, and shoulder to shoulder standing. It was like this last year too, and the year before that.
