Big step for $DOT🚀

Effective today, we’re updating the names of select single-asset funds to better reflect their operational mechanics and staking features.
No action is required by existing shareholders. The fund tickers, CUSIPs, and primary exchange listings for all products will remain unchanged.
JAMKB is framed as value capture. It’s security.
Fixed supply + tradable = state is buy-once, hold-forever. An adversary locks up state, starves services, the asset appreciates. A DoS that pays for itself.
Rent it in DOT — bleed forever or auto-reclaim. Same property AI needs.
Gavin's JAMKB post is important.
My simple understanding:
JAM needs a way to limit how much high-speed state/RAM services can use.
That is what JAMKB represents.
1 JAMKB = right to keep 1 KB of state in JAM.
This is not meant to replace DOT.
DOT remains governance, staking, collateral and coretime payment.
JAMKB is more like a resource access token. Think land/storage rights inside JAM.
The key point is that all JAMKB would initially be owned by DOTDAO, meaning DOT holders control how it is released.
The big question now:
How will developers buy JAMKB?
DOT?
dotUSD?
Auction?
Grants?
Loans?
For DOT holders, this matters because JAM can be technically brilliant, but the economic link back to DOT must be clear.

We passed the fuzz testing for Milestone 1.
A big thank you to everyone who contributed, reviewed, tested, and supported us along the way.
This is only the beginning.
On to the next milestone. 🚀

Polkadot's economic model just changed. Completely.
→ Supply capped at 2.1B DOT
→ First issuance cut: March 14
→ 53.6% reduction in one step
→ Under 1% inflation by 2034
A major shift for the Polkadot ecosystem.
We compared it side by side with Bitcoin and Ethereum ⤵️
2026 is about products. But products only work once the infrastructure is finished.
In 2025, @Polkadot reached that milestone with three core upgrades that together move Polkadot from theoretical capacity to practical execution.
→ Agile Coretime
→ Asynchronous Backing
→ Elastic Scaling
Agile Coretime introduces a market for blockspace, while under the hood, workloads are scheduled across cores much like a modern operating system schedules tasks on a CPU.
This is the change that makes real products possible.
