1. While there may be like.... 10k of so-called dedicated people playing marathon now overall. and maybe 30k at most on season 2 opening day. Let's not forget that like 70~ percent of players at launch AND the server slam were people from the Destiny Community.

2. People obviously can't listen or take time to watch the whole YT video cross released on this. It's unfortunate that the marathon crowd has to be caught in the crossfire of all this, BUT if that is what it takes the get the franchise that FUNDED their game the greenlight for another title. Then, sacrifices must be made, deal with it. Hell, marathon isn't looking good right now regardless anyway.

3. Destiny has singlehandedly saved lives during peoples' dark times, created families and lifelong friendships, memories to cherish forever, and above all there STILL isn't and probably WILL NEVER be a game out there like it. Name me a Looter Shooter FPS with arguably the best gunplay, the best endgame PVE content known as raids, and that sweet grind all in one? Oh wait... you can't. Yall rather just loot stuff then lost it all to some cheaters or grenade spam in a niche oversaturated genre.

4. All that being said, this is going to be an interesting year. But hey, us destiny fans were told to "speak with our wallet" we'll do more than that. Buckle up.
