“Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. And, weak men create hard times.” - G. Michael Hopf.
Today we remember and honor the greatest generation (many of whom were just kids) who made the ultimate sacrifice to combat evil and tyranny in world.
We are forever grateful.

⚾️ Ole Miss Baseball Head Coach Mike Bianco says pitcher Cade Townsend had "about a third to half of the team" staying at his apartment early this year when he was one of the only ones to have electricity after the damaging winter storm in Oxford!

The math behind Jesus being the Messiah is mind blowing.
Here are the odds:
8 specific prophecies fulfilled by one man:
1 in 100 quadrillion
48 prophecies:
1 in 10¹⁵⁷
That’s a number beyond human comprehension.
Jesus fulfilled 300–500+ Old Testament prophecies written centuries before His birth.
This isn’t chance.
This isn’t coincidence.
The odds are literally astronomical.
Our King is the real deal.
2 Corinthians 4:5-6
[5] For what we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. [6] For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
I’m standing in Your promise
My God you never fail - You never fail
You finish what you started
My God you never fail - You never fail

If you’re always focused on what God did back then, you’ll miss what He wants to do today.
“Do not say, “Why were the old days better than these?” For it is not wise to ask such questions.” - Ecclesiastes 7:10.
So it begins.
Phase 1 of Building Forward is officially underway. Over the next 18–24 months, our campus will be completely transformed.
In the short term, we’re adding space for DCC Kids by connecting the former Fit-Tagious building to our current campus.
In the long term, this project includes a 5,000 sq. ft. family ministry wing, doubling our auditorium seating, and a fully updated lobby.
All of this positions DCC to REACH people far from God in Eastern Kentucky for years to come.
I tell people regularly our problems are good problems. God has grown our church so much over the last five years that we’re out of room with two Sunday services.
This building will create space for more people, more families, and more life change.
So grateful to be on this journey, and for the prayers, support, and generosity of our church family.
The best is yet to come! 🙌
